• Garbage and recycling shoots are located near the elevator. Break down recycling before putting it down the shoot. For larger items take them down directly to the bins on B1.

• Community quiet hours are 10pm to 7am daily

• Glass, smoking/vaping, and pets aren’t allowed in the pool/spa area

• Any large items or furniture taken in the elevator require filling out a move reservation form

• The community room is for general use and is available to be reserved for events (requires filling out a reservation form)
